Product Operations - Associate Program Manager
Simpplr ( www.Simpplr.com ) is looking for an Associate Program Manager for its market leading product that is defining the way companies engage and connect with their employees. This role will be working with multiple teams based out of Canada/US/India offices.

What you’ll do:
Apply preliminary knowledge of Salesforce to customize, configure, and administer the platform, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams which includes Sales, Finance & Product Operations for maintaining Simpplr licenses with its customers to achieve organizational goals.
Atleast 3 hours of overlapping flexible work time with Canada team (suggested 2-11 PM IST)
Identify and resolve issues related to Simpplr licenses maintenance needs and raising tickets/cases with Salesforce support to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of MIS processes, data models, and Salesforce configurations for future reference and training.
Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Hands on working on Atlassian products e.g. Jira, Confluence for data driven reporting.
Generate and deliver regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending improvements based on data analysis.
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations, implementing necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Work as a Scrum practitioner with agile teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity, at times even facilitate sprints & scrum ceremonies.
What makes you a great fit for our team:
At least an year of experience on Salesforce platform
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in MIS/IT
Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
Exposure to Jira & Confluence
Experience in data analysis, decision making, leading data-driven projects and insights to cross-functional teams.
Understanding of best practices for full software development life cycle, including planning, development, implementing, test and risk mitigation.
Good to have:
Prior experience in MIS.
Experience working with product-based organizations
Preferred Certifications - Salesforce, Agile/Scrum
