Why Enablement Matters at RudderStack: As we scale, standardized onboarding, training, and enablement programs are crucial for maximizing efficiency and driving revenue across all customer-facing teams. We need a strong leader to quarterback these initiatives and ensure a consistent voice goes to market. What You'll Do: Own the Enablement Motion: Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and Partners. Craft Onboarding Experiences: Design onboarding journeys for internal and external stakeholders, including AEs, SI partners, and CSMs. Champion Launches: Partner with PMM to train employees on new features and updates, ensuring everyone can "know something different" post-launch. Sharpen the Sword: Create impactful training programs for ongoing skill development and sales readiness. Build the Foundation: Establish a centralized repository for all enablement materials and certification programs. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing enablement programs that drive results. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences. Deep understanding of the B2B sales and marketing landscape. Passion for technology and product enthusiasm. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Self-starter with a "get things done" mentality. Bonus Points: Experience with CDPs or related SaaS technologies. Familiarity with enablement tools and platforms. When determining pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
