What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for Admissions Counsellors to spearhead the recruitment of high-calibre students into world-class educational programmes. This role demands a consultative, proactive, analytical approach combined with an uncanny ability to understand and resolve complex challenges. With the primary focus being UK business hours, flexibility and adaptability are required to engage with an international student base.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Student Recruitment Activity (100%)
Plan, lead and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to attract prospective students from around the globe
Leverage an array of digital communication channels—live chat, emails, telephonic conversations, and other emerging platforms—to engage with and recruit potential candidates
Employ a consultative approach to assess the alignment of applicant profiles and aspirations with program objectives and admission criteria
Drive and lead continuous engagement cycles with prospective students, ensuring successful application completion and enrolment
Remain at the cutting edge of our ever-evolving portfolio of programs and university collaborations
Mentor and guide students, facilitating a seamless and personalised admissions journey
Uphold and enhance the brand integrity and reputation of our esteemed University Partners through every interaction
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
5+ years of experience in Strategic- or Consultative Sales (Prior experience in Edtech is highly advantageous)
Proven track record of performance in a metrics-driven setting
Exceptional command over verbal and written English
Proficiency in computing and CRM tools

The role demands adherence to UK business hours, with occasional requirements for weekend engagement based on business needs
This is a high-octane, result-driven environment; your adaptability and resilience will be key
Autonomy is a given; proactive problem-solving and upward management are expected
Teamwork is critical to achieving success in this role. You will need to establish strong relationships with peers and leaders in cross-departmental teams
The landscape is dynamic; your agility in adapting to changing scenarios will be invaluable
You will be required to have uncapped, reliable internet connectivity or reliable transport to get to the office
