Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8-12 years of global Supply Chain Management experience across multiple industry sectors, with High Tech strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years of supply chain systems implementation expertise in Planning, Procurement, Logistics or Fulfilment areas. Data Analytics, Optimisation implementation experience is a plus. Proven ability to run multiple efforts simultaneously in a global setting which includes working on projects with teams based out of multiple timezones. Proven ability to facilitate and lead brainstorming sessions, gather requirements, design future-state Business processes and systems. Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Proven experience as a change agent having effectively implemented change in large cross functional organisation Demonstrable ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organisation. Excellent communication across project and management teams along with maniacal attention to detail. Excellent leadership skills that enhance project team effectiveness. Superb communication and presentation skills. Consulting experience is preferred. Description Description As Program Manager we look forward to your leading medium to large size global cross-functional projects as well as identifying business process re-engineering opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes from Planning to Fulfillment to drive business process solutions to complex, global initiatives.
- Lead, design and analyze complex business processes to be solved with automated systems
- Gather, synthesize and document detailed business requirements and design specifications.
- Conduct Business Process mapping and gap analysis
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure that the business requirements are complete and met by the proposed technology solutions.
- Plan and execute project activities from scope definition through testing, implementation, and change management.
- Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to Senior Management.
Success will require an individual to think strategically, connecting the dots of the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the key deliverables. Set the highest standard in terms of overall experience of your business users and project teams. Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in the field of Supply Chain, Operations or Planning is preferred.
APICS and ML/LLM certifications are nice to have.
