As a product designer, you’ll partner closely with other designers, writers, engineers, scientists, researchers, and collaborators to concept, prototype, and design an elegant experience that helps our customers be in control of their health. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8+ years of shown experience in UI/UX design Experience across all phases of product design — ideation, user research, prototyping, design iteration, and high fidelity UI and specs Proficiency in product design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe CC, Principle, and Framer Experience addressing engagement and behavior change problems in consumer health, video game, or social media/content domains Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to deliver a polished product Description Description As a Product Designer, you will craft user experiences that are engaging, delightful, and easy while working closely with multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, engineers, clinicians, and researchers to lead the product design processes from ideation to production. You will also:
• Unpack the complexity of various requirements (business, data source, engineering restrictions, timeline, etc.) and come up with a solution that strikes the right balance of user needs, business objectives, and clinical insights
• Be autonomous in producing high-quality results throughout the project
• Build interactive prototypes to quickly validate concepts with the creative team and external partners
• Bring a strong sense of visual design skills to craft high-fidelity, production-ready designs
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation phase to ensure the product meets design intent and quality standards

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $199,800 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
