Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:Serves as first line support of service delivery for Human Resources inquiries for CrowdStrike. This customer facing role provides high-quality support as the primary contact for applicants, employees, and former employees by servicing inquiries regarding the employment life-cycle and human resources related transactions in the areas of onboarding, compensation, learning, payroll, benefits, HR program/initiatives and HR systems. What You'll Do: Provides case management and timely resolution for first-level inquiries via multiple communication channels (ServiceNow, phone, e-mail, Slack, Zoom) from key stakeholders and colleagues responding with accurate information, problem identification, and resolution in accordance with state and federal regulations and organization policies and procedures Identifies and prioritizes non-routine employee inquiries/transactions and proactively serves as an employee advocate by escalating to the individual on the employee’s behalf References and encourages the use of employee self-service tools found on the company intranet to educate employees on available resources where applicableMonitors and analyzes the HR Services helpdesk for trending inquiries in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement to mitigate high ticket volumes Serves as the subject matter expert for HR processes and procedures by accurately advising employees and managers on the appropriate actions needed to proceed Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Assists in benefits administration by partnering with local health insurance and pension brokers where applicable Works closely with third party stakeholders where required to provide information in accordance with local employment legislation. Ensures the accuracy of new hire and employee data by auditing the input of employee life-cycle transactions within the HRMS; updates the HRMS with appropriate data as applicable Facilitates and coordinates the company’s Day 1 employee onboarding program for EMEA employees May assist with other projects as assigned This role requires on-site presence at our Barcelona office once a week, or as needed for in-person support.What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or related business field coupled with 1 – 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Experience with onboarding and processing HR related transactions Experience as first line of contact for employees or customer service-related roleProcess improvement, training, communication and project management skills Superb attention to detail required as well as excellent verbal and written skills Comfortable with full Microsoft office suite Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Ability to work cross functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment Ability to work at all levels in an organization and across different culturesFluency in English requiredBonus Points:Familiarity with Workday and/or SeviceNowFluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus#LI-EF1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countriesCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsPhysical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesAccess to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and JhannaOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationBirthday time-off in your local countryWork with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across the globeWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
