Senior Compliance Engineer - Malaysia

As a Compliance Engineer, your key responsibilities will be:Develop, implement, and maintain systems to ensure compliance with ESG regulations such as RoHS, REACH, SCIP, WEEE, and Conflict MineralsThorough understanding of regulations and standards for product environmental compliance for electronics and electrical equipmentMonitor compliance data in AgileMaintain WEEE data with RENEProvide product level compliance certificationsMonitor part requests to ensure compliance data is correctPerform LCA and CF analysis.Frequently communicate with global internal teams and component suppliersQualifications:Environmental Sciences or Engineering Degree10+ years of experience on component and product level complianceKnowledge of LCA and specifically CF calculationsFamiliar with Industrial standard RoHS, REACH, WEEE and toxicologyUnderstanding of social responsibility regulations and standards (e.g., UFLPA, Conflict Minerals)Experience with compliance tools such as TPP/Source Intelligence is essential.Familiarity with Agile system is a plus.Strong communication skills internally, externally with contract manufacturer and component supplier#LI-DW1#LI-RemoteInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
