The Senior Technical Program Manager will play a critical role as part of a Product Team, partnering with Product Managers and Engineering Managers by leading high value, mission critical, and global projects that achieve new business value and help Autodesk succeed. These project will be managed and led by experienced senior Program Managers who deliver with high transparency and efficiency by managing collaborative, cross-organizational, global programs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, both written and leading key meetings. This person is comfortable with ambiguity, builds trust and partnerships, and is passionate about helping teams identify and achieve success outcomes. You will report to the ESE (Enterprise Systems and Experience) Project Management Office Director.   Job Description Responsibilities  You will manage key performance metrics, scope, schedule, communications, risk, and planning for complex enterprise programs with heavy participation from teams across Autodesk, including boundary-crossing dependencies and enterprise enablement planning and executionYou will be responsible for a holistic project communications plan and for the creation and delivery of project status communications without oversightFacilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making with the appropriate domain expertise and project governancePresent clear options and recommendations to the steering committee when their input is neededYou will represent technical, business and customer/user concerns; be able to summarize and evaluate considerations attendant to eachIdentify, mitigate risks & manage issues to resolutionDrive course corrections for deliveries - involving the right people at the right timeFollow overall structure and governance for enterprise projects to ensure delivery of committed outcomes while managing riskForge relationships quickly with other teams/organizationsSupport the removal of tactical and organizational impediments and manage issues arising from daily activities; Engage with stakeholders to make decisions/clear roadblocks that enable the project team to continue to move forwardNimble in adapting project plans to changing conditionsEnsure projects align with Company strategic goals; challenge business outcomes as they are defined and ratifiedImprove processes and identify new program management opportunitiesExercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsMinimum Qualifications   BA, BS, or equivalent. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,200 and $181,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
