We are seeking a dynamic and experienced End-User Computing Regional Director to lead our sales team in driving growth in new business and expanding services within our current customer base. As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing high-performing Account Executives, establishing the business as a thought leader in the industry, and collaborating with internal and external resources to support customer needs and drive overall business growth and continued year over year revenue growth. Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? 30 days: Complete onboarding and comprehensive understanding of our end-user computing products and solutions, sales methodology, forecasting and financial training. Develop a solid understanding of the regional market, including customer needs, competitor landscape, and growth opportunities. Begin understanding the sales team, their capabilities, and areas for improvement.60 days: Identify key customer accounts and initiate contact to build relationships and understand their goals with your Account Executives. Create a model for driving exponential ARR growth by developing the activity that supports a healthy pipeline and delivers our targets. Work with your sales team to establish a growth plan for your customers – Account Planning, Business Development, Close Plans. Implement performance tracking mechanisms to monitor the sales team's progress and identify areas for improvement – pipeline build against targets, meetings with customers, continuing education completion (QTP).90 days: Create and support a team culture of execution, purpose, innovative thinking, diversity & inclusiveness as well as customer centricity. IInitiate marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness for your region. Forecast revenue for the current quarter that meets or exceeds revenue targets for your assigned territory. 180 Days: Optimize sales processes and implement sales enablement tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Continue to collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, Partners to analyze and refine lead generation strategies based on performance data. Begin establishing the business as a thought leader through events such as speaking engagements, webinars, social media or conferences. 360 days: Execute existing performance-based incentive programs to motivate and reward the Sales Team. Expand the company's market share and customer base within the assigned territory. Develop and execute a growth plan for the following year, incorporating market trends and customer feedback. Present a comprehensive report to Sales Leadership highlighting the achievements, challenges, and recommendations for the upcoming year in Quarterly Business ReviewThe Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? · Be the front-line executive, building, developing and managing a sales team, taking responsibility for driving new business and developing the territory.· Create and implement a sales strategy aligned with EUC GTM business objectives, ultimately enabling the greater team to meet and exceed sales targets · Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive customer satisfaction, retention to drive incremental revenue.· Coach and develop the team on continual improvement to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets· Attract and retain high-quality talent to the organization through professional network and recruiting efforts.· Regular two-way communication and review with the Sales Team, regarding their account strategies, forecast, sales methodologies and support them through customer engagements.· Coach and drive the use of outcome based value selling sales methodologies· Foster collaboration and alignment with internal resources such as Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Center of Excellence, Channel Partners and Professional Services to support customer needs, sales strategy, and overall business growth.· Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development.· Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to Sales Leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement during Quarterly Business Review· Utilize the sales tools and process to communicate, report, track and manage sales opportunities.This job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by Broadcom.This job may require the candidate to travel and/or work from a facility that requires full vaccination prior to entry.Broadcom is an equal opportunity employer.
