For additional information, visit www.livenationentertainment.comTHE ROLELive Nation Core Data Services is looking for a world class Senior Product Manager to create primarily internal data products for marketing and operations teams. A major part of this role is to help engineering teams ingest multiple data sources from operations all over the world and provide a single global data platform on which our data products will be built. We need someone who can work with internal customer groups and ideate, define, build, and launch data products that drive major outcomes across multiple business functions and markets worldwide. This role is for the EU-based product owner of the global data ingestion work, and beyond ingestion will own those data products we build for multiple customers, focusing primarily on EU internal stakeholders. While most of the internal customers are EU-based, most of the broader Core Data Services teams are in the US or Asia. We need someone comfortable working globally across time zones. This is a critical role on an entrepreneurial team with the resources, exposure, and customer base of the world’s leading live entertainment company. The person we're looking for will combine passionate product leadership with discipline and a keen attention to detail. We need a committed leader who builds trust throughout the business. We need research and iterative validation driving technical solutions as well as informing build/buy/partner decisions. We need someone who manages a roadmap and backlog, often feeding multiple engineering teams, and who clearly defines success criteria and post-launch measurement requirements—all of which is found in their documentation. This is a key role on a high-performing team, and it will be highly visible across both North American and European orgs. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES In partnership with stakeholders and product team, build out a product roadmap for functional area(s) of LN Digital.Own end-to-end feature delivery for roadmap items, small enhancements and bug fixes, including functional requirements and any required documentation (flow diagrams, prototypes, contract mapping, etc), creating and prioritizing user stories and documenting deployment and post-deployment activities.Create, update, monitor and clarify detailed user stories in JIRA.Communicate desired scope and features to designers and work with them on designs.Monitor performance and measure impact (adoption, production issues, etc.) of product enhancements / releases to, if needed, drive clarity on product iteration.Work with external third-party vendors to assess new partnership opportunities and/or evaluate existing solutions.Broad data ingestion from multiple countries and platforms and from multiple sources.Make data useful—perceive customer needs and opportunities, and set the vision for data products that significantly impact the wider business.Create and track measurements to enable successful design, build, launch, and when needed, wind-down of multiple products.
