Ticketmaster Ireland is part of Ticketmaster International.THE JOB We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with a knowledge and passion for digital media and marketing to join our Marketing team. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for ensuring our online sales channels feature relevant, up to date information and function as expected. You will drive fan engagement through a variety of channels, work on marketing campaigns as required and liaise on a regular basis with clients in the promotion of their events.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGPopulating Ticketmaster.ie with timely, relevant and quality content.Create engaging campaigns across CRM, social and content channels.Liaising with clients, venues and internal departments on the promotion of events.Monitoring and analysis of online and marketing platforms.Delivering effective marketing communications & campaigns to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and ticket sales.Seeking relevant marketing opportunities for the Ticketmaster brand and its products.Troubleshooting issues and liaising with relevant departments for resolution.Additional marketing duties as required.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)3rd level degree in marketing or related discipline is advantageous.Excellent literacy skills, attention to detail and accurate use of the English language.Previous experience working as part of a marketing team.Minimum 1 year experience of social media management and knowledge of general social media landscape.Understanding of marketing best practice.Knowledge of and interest in e-commerce is beneficial.Ability to learn use of proprietary systems quickly.Understanding of the entertainment industry is beneficial.Analytical skills to measure, evaluate and report against goals.Understanding of data protection principals.Passion and knowledge for theatre and/or grassroots music industry advantageous.Previous experience with Design software, Wordpress and/or CRM systems is beneficial.Client marketing management experience is advantageous.YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Team player who actively participates.Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to project manage various tasks to tight deadlines in fast paced environment.Flexible attitude to work activities.Ability to work under own initiative as well as with direction.Good problem-solving abilities.Trustworthy and reliable.Comfortable liaising with various support teams internally and across Ticketmaster markets.Passionate about exceeding fan expectations.LIFE AT TICKETMASTERWe are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.Our vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
