This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, to drive market opportunities for the Calix SmartMDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) solutions. Calix SmartMDU is a fully integrated, turn-key managed service solution delivering managed Wi-Fi for tenants, property management staff, and building IoT, with property management system integration that drives automation and operational efficiency. The SmartMDU Product Marketing leader must be motivated by and have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced new product introduction role.Responsibilities and DutiesPartner with Corporate Marketing, Product, Services, Success, and Sales teams to create compelling multi-dimensional solutions that deliver exceptional value to broadband and managed service providers.Responsible for all solution positioning and marketing programs for the MDU solution; act as subject matter expert (SME) for the teamDevelop a comprehensive marketing plan for Calix SmartMDUDrive the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including webpages, solution briefs, white papers, blogs, and customer presentationsCreate recommended best practices and go-to-market business models for service provider successProduce sales enablement materials for our global sales forceCreate and present presentations to customers and industry eventsQualifications:10-15 years relevant solution or product marketing experienceBachelors degree however, MBA preferredExperience working for MDU managed Wi-Fi service providers and/or broadband service provider departments delivering solutions for multi-family housing.Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into clear benefitsThorough understanding of marketing and launch processes for hardware and softwareStrong written communication and public speaking/presentation skillsDemonstrated track record of success in a fast paced, collaborative work environmentAble to support periodic bursts of travel up to 20% of timeLocation: Remote position located in the United States or Canada.#LI-Remote ​Compensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States.
