The Deal Program Operations team, is hiring a Learning Content Specialist to assist developing and delivering learning solutions for the Global Deal Operations teams.About the RoleThe ideal candidate has a partnership mentality as they collaborate and help drive the learning strategy for our global Deals Operations teams. We value the candidate who is passionate about helping their colleagues grow into impactful contributors. In this role, you will: (i) Administer content files on our Content Management System (HubSpot) and in Workday; (ii) Monitor team Slack channel, then respond to questions and capture trends in topics; (iii) Gather and assist crafting enablement product needs from team program managers. Examples include newsletters, videos, live events; (iv) Assist creating training videos and courses; (v) Curate our business process documentation with internal and external teams and ensure our standard processes are documented; (vi) Identify information needs for our digital adoption tool (WalkMe), participate in related planning meetings and UAT; (vii) Work from our office 50% of the time across each fiscal quarter.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years training material creation and editing experience1-2 years experience developing training courses1-2 years experience handling a CMSProficient in business English, global etiquette, and presenting to a global audienceOther QualificationsSales Operations team experience in a Deal or Renewal Manager role is a plusFamiliarity with virtual collaboration tools like Slack and knowledge management tools like High Spot and WorkdayProficient with cross-organization communication and team member management Ability to independently work on simultaneous projects in a fast paced environmentVirtual learning delivery experience via ZoomPassionate about finding creative solutions to new challengesWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
