Scope: Responsible for tracking of all network Critical incidents and work with Operation for quicker resolution. Work on Root cause analysis and Corrective/Preventive measures. Escalate internally for the issues that may negatively impact customer SLA. Provides a variety of on-going technical support to the Operations team including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, operations consulting, troubleshooting, testing, etc.Understands Blue yonder product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customer.  Collaborate with Blue yonder Product Support/Development team and Cloud operations team to provide timely, appropriate level of communication with respect to the work assigned. Work Closely with Operations/Architecture team for break fix of an incident, design flaw, feature enhancement and BAU Project activities.The position involves configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting the Blue Yonder cloud network environment with an emphasis on F5-LTM and Firewall knowledge.  The candidate should possess good communications skills. The candidate should be a team player and is expected to deliver quality and timely output.What you’ll do:Manage and support F5-LTM, Cisco and Palo Alto Firewall in the datacenters.Provide technical support to customer requests (incidents / service requests)Troubleshooting issues and providing faster resolution.In-depth packet capture analysis to assist fixing performance issues with application.Coordinate with other support teams including Application / Infrastructure on demand.Coordinate with vendors & technology partners to resolve hardware & software issues.Take ownership and complete the assigned tasks.Knowledge & Exposure to Information Security.Follow the ITIL process including Incident / Problem / Change management.Create and maintain the standard operating procedure documents for all the tasks.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service within agreed SLA.Generate reports on a weekly / monthly basis as per the requirement.Follow the escalation chart and escalate as appropriate.  What we are looking for: Hands on Experience with F5 LTM deployment, upgrade, and Administration.Hands on Experience with F5 SSL Termination, SSL Cipher / Cert Management.Hands on Experience with F5 iRule (HTTP Rewrite, Redirect, etc.).Hands on Experience in deploying, troubleshooting Web Applications @ F5 LTM.Hands on Experience with Web Application Firewall.Hands on experience with Cisco Firewall / Palo Alto Firewall management.Experience in Configuring, troubleshooting Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, S2S VPN.Advanced TCP/IP Troubleshooting using Wireshark.Strong Understanding of Networking concepts and experience with Routing& Switching.Strong Understanding of Microsoft Azure networking concepts.Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
