AppleCare Global Vendor Strategy (GVS) team is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to support our Americas region in project managing strategic changes within our vendor network. This role supports the successful implementation of vendor site openings and closures for the AMR region around the globe. The Implementation Project Manager works closely with the Vendor Alliance Managers to execute on vendor footprint and strategy. Launches are complex and require engagement with many key areas of the business including our Vendor Management team as well as Quality, Training, Security, and Network Ops shared services teams. And as such, the Implementation Project Manager assumes full responsibility for a new site until it is ready to be handed off to the sustaining Vendor Management organization. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience in leading projects and change initiatives. Solid understanding of Contact Center operations and infrastructure. Highly organized and able to make decisions based on a broad set of variables, quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and ability to present to a senior level audience. Dynamic interpersonal skills to navigate at multiple levels of engagement. Experience using influencing skills and working with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work well with business owners to understand business needs and objectives. Description Description Responsibilities Include: -Leading complex implementations with broad partner engagement, both internally and externally -Ability to engage at multiple levels, including executive partners at the supplier side -Managing multiple projects concurrently -Managing in a global network -Able to convey and understand contractual requirements -Provide feedback to the GVS Governance team on areas of opportunity or challenge -Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours -Lead a variety of supplier-centric project types (strategic, compliance, & consultations) -Travel as necessary potentially 1-2 times per quarter Education & Experience Education & Experience Project management certification a plus Additional Requirements Additional Requirements
