You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering product features that provide business value to users. You will manage several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple teams.Your day-to-day Lead the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) cadence of planning and delivery.Plan, lead and manage high impact agile projects that connect multiple product teams.Maintain strategic focus to maximize impact and synergy while minimizing complexity and risk.Ensure clear accountability, timelines, and continuous change management.Identify and articulate risks and manage stakeholders to mitigate and drive to resolution.Empower teams to drive high levels of engagement and excellence.Define and drive process improvement initiatives to scale technical and business processes delivering measurable results.Consolidate and lead a regular review of program and team metrics & health.What you bring to the teamExtensive experience working as a Program Manager.Hands on experience and knowledge of SAFe and other agile frameworksExperience working with a Startup or SaaS company.Experience working on large scale technical projects.Solid understanding of SDLC, as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices, and the ability to blend them as needed.Technical background to objectively evaluate complex project issues and risks.Excellent communication & organizational skills.Self-motivation and drive; ability to execute with minimal daily supervision.Professional Certification is an assetWhy Proofpoint  Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.  We’re a customer-focused and a driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products.
