You will work on one of our core SaaS solutions, with service-based architecture that allows us to scale to meet the needs of hundreds of clients. Powered by innovative, patented technologies, Proofpoint has a proven track record of rapid growth, providing enterprise-wide solutions for some of the largest companies in the world.Your day-to-day Own and define product requirements and vision, as well as security and cost considerationsManaging a product backlog, creating user stories and other requirements documentationWorking with engineering, QA, UX and doc teams to deliver the required solutions on scheduleEducating the sales, sales engineering, professional services and support organizations on the product as well as provisioning and management best practicesWhat you bring to the teamProven product management experience in enterprise software and/or enterprise-focused cloud servicesExperience in managing product functionality through the entire life cycle from initial requirements gathering through to product release and rolloutAbility to manage complex initiatives with limited supervisionExcellent written and oral communication skillsTechnical skills allowing you to effectively engage in implementation conversations with the engineering teamUnderstanding of public cloud infrastructure, encryption standards, search technologies, disaster recovery strategies and/or storage technologies would be a bonusMarket understanding in messaging would be a bonusWhy Proofpoint  Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.  We’re a customer-focused and a driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products.
