Dynamic Lead Time - Management of Change LeadDescription -Objective: Designing a change management structured plan that maximize employee adoption/usage and minimize resistance. ​​Management of change Lead will:​Collaborate with team to build the training plan, content and training schedule. ​Identify impacted stakeholders (direct & indirect) & analyse the level of communication/training needed for each group. ​Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
