As a Senior UX Designer, you will creatively lead every step of the design process from research and creativity to production handoff and QA for various experiences with a primary focus on mobile and desktop apps.Responsibilities:Create wireframes, flows, comps, prototypes, and produce assets to communicate interaction and design work and validate ideas effectively.Understand and articulate customer needs and synthesize data from various sources to inform product decisions, alongside good intuition and prior experience.Work with researchers to conduct research to learn about your end-users through interviews, research, user data, and observation and represent and advocate for them at all times.Work closely with cross-functional teams and programs to create an intuitive, cohesive and seamless user experience across all products that show an eye for detail and an excellent sense of aesthetics and functionality.Work with the development team(s) to ensure technical needs are satisfied while maintaining a strong focus on the user experience.Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders while communicating design rationale and tradeoffs.Provide guidance and mentoring to new and less-experienced team members. Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science, Information Design, or the equivalent professional experience.4-6 years of professional experience as a User Experience, Product, or Interaction Designer; Information Architect; or similar with an extensive understanding of UX principles and heuristics.A creative yet pragmatic approach that aligns with agile design and development practices.A portfolio that shows your process, such as using research to frame problems and collaboratively solving them with cross-functional teams.Knowledge and Skills:Proven track record creating human-centered solutions that help maximize return on experience, encourage customer loyalty and increase feature adoption.Experience with collaborative Lean UX frameworks and human-centered design.Comfortable working with a variety of tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira.Experience with design systems, brand standards, and a solid knowledge of typography, color, grid, and composition.Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, customer experience, engineering, etc.), ideally a skilled storyteller comfortable presenting their work for critique.Attention to detail in the language and relationships of design elements in an experience.Experience with and awareness of accessibility guidelines and best practices for apps.Prototyping and animation skills are a plus.   What we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
