Identify research, tools and analyses required to achieve objectives. Develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.Iberia Operating Model: Evaluate the current governance model, identity opportunities and drive efficiencies.BU Management: Help coordinate process of BU management – for quarterly planning and weekly execution tracking. Deliver planning excellence, supporting the MD to hit the Iberia targets.Staff Meetings & Communications: Lead and manage regular staff meetings & employee communications to ensure organization alignment & key topics.Lead market and ELT Iberia reviews: Planning, governance and execution with strong partnership across organizationOPEX/HC objectives: Support HR & finance managing headcount objectives – through regular tracking & req prioritization/approval.Iberia Office managementInternal communication: Build and execute internal communication strategyEmployee engagement: Lead employee engagement strategy in partnership with HHRR to develop Iberia sites as a best places to workSite & IT Management – Madrid site business leader: Strong collaborations with CREWS and EHS to ensure site readiness & differentiation across Iberia sites. Support IT with projects, communications, and process improvements. Lead Madrid site.Crisis management: Part of the Crisis Management Team (CMT).Representation , external communication & alliancesExternal communication: Support MD in external communication in events/associations and public/private meetingsAssociations: Co lead alliances and external footprint strategy. Oversee & cultivate HP's engagement with active participation in building relationships, programs and meaningful contributions with diverse non-profit private associations.Sustainable Impact: Lead the Iberia Sustainability Plan together with the Iberia SI Manager, supporting the Iberia organization to achieve its sustainability goals.Education and Experience RequiredTypically 8-10 years’ work experience.
