Associate Technical Metadata Support Analyst

XSLT. Ruby, and/or other programming languages that aid in data manipulationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationshipsCapacity to learn and master new technologies and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).What will you be doing in this role?Act as a first responder to incoming client-reported cases involving metadata quality of issues and concernsAnalyze reported issues to determine scope and severityImplement fixes and/or solutions to resolve reported metadata issuesCommunicate status and resolution information to clients via CRM softwareIdentify and escalate more complex metadata quality issues internally for resolutionProvide assistant as needed on large data projectsAbout the TeamOur team is comprised of colleagues across the Americas and the globe who are passionate about helping libraries achieve their goals.
