We are looking for a Data Editor / Associate Product Operations Manager, to join our Content Management team. The role reports to the Content Team Lead, Organization Unification, and includes three colleagues who support the Global Institutional Profiles Project with global coverage. We have a great skill set in Data Quality Management and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Data Quality Control and Analysis.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments2+ years of experience working in academic, government, library/information science industry or equivalent.Proficient level of English language (B2/C1).MOS Associate Excel certificate or equivalent experience (at least 1 year of experience working in Excel using vlookup, pivot tables & statistical formulas).It would be great if you also had . . .Good knowledge of Spanish & Portuguese languageExcellent Web research skills that include the use of provided resources, but also demonstrate creativity and the ability to build one’s own research tool collection.Familiarity with database technology and data organizationStrong attention to detail, ability to self-manage various project assigned, balancing specific organization case work with planning, reporting and documentation.What will you be doing in this role?Create, manage, and maintain university statistical data collection accounts for 500 participating universities.Communicate regularly with participating universities to announce initiatives, kick-off the annual data collection period, obtain accurate university data, validate university data submissions, and support use of the data collection portal.Use MS Excel and a dedicated data collection portal, perform regular data management, quality control and curation tasks for 500 participating universitiesAttend regular Profiles Project team meetings and assist team with Project planning activitiesSupport the production of the US News Best Global University Rankings through data quality control and curationProduct you will be developing: Global Institutional Profiles Project, US News Best Global University RankingAbout the TeamThe Profiles Project team consists of 3 data editors, each covering a region of the globe. The regions include Americas, Asia-Oceania, and Europe-Middle East-Africa, the latter of which represents the open data editor position. The Profiles Project currently includes roughly 800 participating universities. The team is supported by several Clarivate statisticians and database administrators. Data collection takes place from March-August annually. The team also supports the production of the US News Best Global University Rankings, which includes 2 months of rankings data inspection and curation. You will be part of the wider Web of Science Content Team of across the UK, USA, Spain, Serbia, India and New Zealand.Hours of WorkFull-time position, 40 working hours per week (standard Serbian working hours).
