We ❤ our customers. As our Customer Experience Associate you’ll help us build the future of banking. Reporting to our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E-Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more.

REQUIREMENTS
The skills required for this role -Â
You’re a natural communicator and you love diagnosing and solving problems
You’re curious and enjoy learning how a product works so you can help your customers get the most out of it
You live and breathe customer care and understand how to measure the impact of great customer experiences
You love to troubleshoot and find a clear and understandable solution for customers
You have a track record of delighting customers in a Support/Success/Care role
You are team-oriented and going above and beyond to help out your peers is part of who you are
Bonus points -Â
You’re multilingual (Spanish preferred)
You geek out over technology and/or FinTech
You have experience with Intercom as a chat platform
You have worked in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
You come from a family of small business owners
You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional). You’ve lived a life that is different, where you've been challenged or have chosen to challenge yourself

Market range for this role at NorthOne is $20/hour.Â
