About the Role:
As Enova's Direct Response Marketing Lead, you'll take charge of boosting our small business brands through strategic management of direct mail programs. This involves teaming up with external partners, tracking performance, experimenting with creative approaches, and closely monitoring campaign results. You'll collaborate across departments, dissect data trends, and consistently aim to improve customer experiences and conversions. By working closely with our analytics teams and applying creative solutions, you'll play a key role in elevating Enova's Direct mail channel, all within a dynamic and intellectually engaging atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily execution of acquisition and portfolio direct mail campaigns for our small business division, collaborating with external vendors, tracking performance, and maintaining campaign timelines and costs.
Provide leadership and strategic direction for various marketing programs.
Implement creative and targeting tests, monitor results, and report to stakeholders.
Track and optimize campaign performance, identify data trends, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally, focusing on improving customer experience and conversion.
Requirements:
6+ years of expertise in Direct Marketing (Mail, Email, SMS)
Demonstrated team leadership experience
Proficient in data analysis and trend identification
Exceptional project management and communication skills
Innovative problem-solving mindset for a dynamic industry
