This is a hands-on position working in our Video Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible managing vendors, driving tool & process enhancements, escalating live data issues and working closely with cross-functional teams in exploring and executing scalable solutions that help power the live sports data experience. AMP Video Operations - Sports is responsible for optimizing the live data sports experience in the TV app and apple ecosystem. By doing so, sports fans become aware of events, engage in viewing and re-engage with real time updates and data. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Skilled at communicating clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between business owners and technical teams. Above average presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization. Results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed. A deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware (Mac OS X, iOS, tvOS, Apple TV, Video Apps, TV app, etc.) Experience managing a vendor workforce. Description Description Manage a team of vendors that identify potential data issues during live sporting events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams with the ultimate goal of enhancing the service and customer experience. Help define and improve workflows, tools and data sets. Create documentation for training, tools, workflows and escalations process. Work closely with partner operations and third-party content providers to ensure optimal data is being delivered and implement systems to refine processes. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $123,200 and $233,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
