Job Requisition ID #24WD74568Reporting to the APAC Sr Director Account-based Marketing and working in a hybrid role, the Japan ABM Director has the responsibility to lead our Account-based Marketing activities in Mid-market & Strategic Territory along with taking on the responsibility for the marketing programs across marketing teams delivering services in Japan. With your team of direct reports, you will guide Autodesk strategic coverage of our managed accounts to help our customers pursue the desired outcomes through the Autodesk brand and solutions. Working together with our extended team you will coordinate the creation of integrated marketing plans across Brands, Digital and partner marketing programs to position Autodesk as a strategic partner to our customers.Main responsibilitiesYou will manage the complete Japan Marketing plan following regional revenue goalsCreate Autodesk marketing strategy for Japan together with salesbe responsible for overall ABM marketing budgetGuide and monitor the result of ABM activities in Mid-Market and Strategic Territory activities in the region.Ensure local coordination between all Regional Marketing staff (industry, promotions, subscription marketing, events) for overall rollout strategy including contact strategy and segmentation.Be the main contact for all Marketing in the Japan organization including Brand, GDC, Partner Marketing, CommunitiesBe the single contact for Sales Leadership to align execution in JapanEnsure optimization of ABM activities through review and improvement of content and tacticsCoordinate amplification of Autodesk marketing strategy through channel partners (MDF investments, training, etc.)Actively engage within the APAC organization and with global brand and industry teams.Works with the rest of the Autodesk marketing eco-system to facilitate the rollout of pan-APAC programs in the Japan region.Drives major events like Converge focusing on end-customers or channel partners.Experience and Qualifications10 years of experience in marketing for high-tech companies of which at least 5 in management positionsProven success in managing in a matrixed organization and working with virtual teamsKnowledge of state-of-the-art marketing automation capabilities and how to utilize them to engage a target audience.Deep experience analyzing marketing metrics to inform decisions.Demonstrated ability to develop and adapt marketing content tailored to engage specific personas.Excellent Japanese and English as a minimum.
