In this role you will be first point of contact for technical issues related to Adobe Experience Cloud (primarily AEM Sites & AEM Assets). You will be working alongside a supportive and fast-paced team with numerous opportunities to increase your professional knowledge and expertise. You will be able to bring your passion for developing creative automatedsolutions to CrowdStrike. What You’ll Do:You will take ownership of technical support of Adobe Experience Cloud, including; initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution or escalation, identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention.Build and support manual and automated monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.Provide expertise supporting Adobe Experience Cloud applications to ensure system availability, reliability, and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of systems and applications.Utilize logging and monitoring tools to detect and resolve incidents, optimize performance, and prevent downtime.Manage incident and change ticketing processes using ITSM tools for efficient issue resolution and change management.Provide response/update/resolution to technical inquiries within established Service Level Agreement guidelines.Be a change agent for continuous improvement that delivers robust performance testing strategies and methods. Provides proactive issue status updates to required parties.Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline operational tasks. What You’ll Need:4+ years of experience supporting/working with Adobe Experience Cloud suite of productsBA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the software testing or development fieldWorking experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & XMLExperience investigating & debugging multi-tier web applicationsExperience with AEM As a Cloud Service, Adobe IMS, Adobe admin console, user managementMust have administrative knowledge on Apache dispatchers - setting up dispatchers, enabling rewrite rules etc.Logging and Monitoring Tools (Splunk and Dynatrace): Proficient in utilizing logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to proactively identify and address system issues, bottlenecks, and anomaliesCompetent with Unix commands (for example, accessing remote servers, working with file systems, searching logs using regular expressions, configuration, security, and troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with at least one IT Service Management (ITSM) tool such as ServiceNow or Remedy for efficient incident management and change ticket processesWorking knowledge of CDN like Cloudflare or Fastly would be a plusCI/CD Experience - setting up and maintaining Jenkins Pipelines.
