The Compliance Specialist will play a key role in supporting compliance with export regulations. You will serve as the HR main point of contact to BU leaders, global trade legal team, new hires, recruiters, employees, and HR teams on all matters related to Deemed Export and HR Compliance. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of U.S. Deemed Export processes, including: management of license lifecycle, screening of deemed export forms, and assessment of license requirements.What you'll be doing:Serve as a subject matter authority for deemed exportImprove internal export compliance processes and proceduresDevelop technology solutions within HRIS and IT systemsStay up to date on regulatory changes and best practicesDeliver internal Deemed Export trainingPartner with internal legal teams and external vendorsBuild internal guidelines, procedures, and communication for compliance programsAssist with adjacent HR Compliance programs as neededWhat we need to see:4+ years of HR/Compliance experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm and confidentialityEffective teamwork, co-operation, and communication skillsThe base salary range is 96,000 USD - 149,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
