You will also act as a key interface with IT and Facilities departments to address office needs.Job scope and responsibilitiesSupporting WSD fox drive as IT request support interfacePC and accessories ordersSubmit and track support tickets for Laptop/network/software application issuesSupporting WSD fox drive as Facilities interfaceSubmit ticket and follow up with Workplace Services on any work place request submitted.E-Waste SchedulingMaintaining office supplies and replenishing stock when necessaryOperating and maintaining office equipment, including printers and copiersManaging orders for lab supplies.Assisting managers in the following areas:Interview candidate arrangement New employee onboarding process including PC/accessories order, cubicle preparation and etc.Employee exit procedure including badge/laptop return, clean up cubicles.Manage travel arrangement including domestic/internationalCoordinate logistics for meetings, including calendar invites, conference room bookings, setup and cateringDaily Administrative DutiesSupporting purchase request, equipment purchases, receivingShipment arrangement, tracking informationWorks closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policy and regulations.Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing prioritiesEducation & ExperienceAt least 5+ years of working as an office administrator, office assistance or relevant role.Key qualificationsOutstanding communication and attention to detailsResponsiveness and follow throughAdaptability and resourcefulnessAbility to work independentlyComputer literacy skills and familiarity with using various electronic ticket tracking, expense tracking, etc software systemsExcellent organization and time-management skillsProblem solving /Multi-tasking ability and detail orientedFamiliarity with office management procedures Familiarity with specific Broadcom systems is a plus.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
