We are looking for an outstanding Operations leader and Vice President, Business Transformation to lead Operations through an accelerated innovation cycle with business and digital transformation. This high-impact role will focus on designing, implementing and optimizing SAP S4 across the business, leveraging sophisticated RPA Bot capabilities, growing Decision Intelligence analytics and automation, and identifying and applying other related supply chain industry leading methods and technologies. Additionally, this role will cultivate a successful implementation and adoption of a data integration layer architecture (Ops Data Platform) making data more accessible and easier to use to develop intelligent learning models. This position is the champion of the NVIDIA Operations Digital Transformation.What you’ll be doing:Develop unified master data strategy that aligns with business goals and lays foundation for business process digital transformation and Integrate Operations strategies to improve ERP applications, business processes and ensure alignment with senior leaders.Work closely with Operations staff to identify, plan and implement use of artificial intelligence solutions and utilize Agile methodologies to support “speed of light” time to value.Advanced Analytics and Decision Intelligence:Champion the Ops Data Platform to develop and enable analytics strategies across Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics and Services.Provide leadership in data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and improve operational capabilities throughout the product lifecycle, from suppliers to customers to returns.Collaborate with different departments to ensure the alignment of analytics strategies with overall business objectives.ERP and Process Optimization/Automation:Steer ERP system migrations and optimizations, ensuring flawless integration and functionality.Develop and refine business processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall operational performance and lead identification and implementation of process automation technologies (e.g. RPA, process mining, etc.)Team Leadership and Development:Further a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement and mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in support of business transformation objectives.Change Management and CommunicationsDesign and implement comprehensive change management strategies across the organization.Identify and train change agents for transformation initiatives and create and distribute communications and updates on transformation programs.What we need to see:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.Proven experience in global business operations, including Manufacturing, Planning, PMO, business analytics in supply chain operations and service support in high-tech industry.Direct leadership experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or related areas.Experience leading large-scale strategic planning and projects portfolio optimization, including ERP implementation.Experience running complex supply chain systems transformations, including operations integration, reengineering, acquisition integration, and network optimization.Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively work with peers and senior leaders, particularly in Operations and IT.Skilled at leading cross-functional teams effectively, can influence senior executives that results in significant improvements in business performance.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.20+ overall years of experience with 15 + years in mgmt.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
