NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Channel Partner Programs to join the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) team. In this role, you will build and implement strategic partner program initiatives to accelerate sales. The ideal candidate has extensive global experience in developing and driving Cloud program strategies, incentives, and key program metrics and has a comprehensive understanding of partner business models and the market landscape. What you'll be doing:Lead the development and implementation of the NPN Cloud partner program, and additional channel partner programs, to support business requirements and drive sales acceleration.Partner with sales leadership, business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and develop key program initiatives that achieve business goals.Develop partner program processes to increase ease of doing business with NVIDIA.Develop and deliver internal and external program materials.Drive quarterly partner program business reviews with business leaders, delivering metrics and compliance status.Define, develop, and implement program onboarding strategies to enable the internal field sales team and partners.Drive the program communication strategy to increase program awareness in support of enhancements, compliance, and general updates.What we need to see:12+ years of channel partner program management experience, or combination of channel partner program management, partner marketing, or channel development experience. A minimum of 5 years working with Cloud Hosting partners.Proven experience developing and managing successful multi-tier partner programs, which include solution focused segmentation, partner differentiation, training and enablement, and incentive programs aligned with business requirements.Extensive knowledge of the partner ecosystem, business models, and market landscape.Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.Demonstrated experience in building innovative incentive programs and processes.Highly organized, ability to lead multiple priority projects to closure.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build positive relationships, and engage across all levels in the organization.Demonstrated experience and success in building effective program materials and enablement tools.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Ways to stand out from the crowd:A passion for winning, a solid aptitude for business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills.Demonstrated experience building innovative and effective Cloud partner programs.Self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability, highly motivated, driven, ambitious, and attracted to a meaningful opportunity.A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-priority projects, where strong organizational skills are essential.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
