NVIDIA is seeking a Director, IT Operations to supervise IT Enterprise and Infrastructure support in EMEA & Israel. In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader within the IT organization, collaborating cross-functionally and with senior leadership to drive performance and employee productivity. You will be responsible for leading a team of regional professionals with many different abilities to provide our employees and site locations with innovative technical support.The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate an execution attitude to facilitate the effective translation of strategic plans to incremental delivery of impact to the business. Structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities will be crucial for success in this role as you build strong teams that partner with engineering and operations teams across NVIDIA.What you’ll be doing:Engages with all levels of management and key partners to develop, implement, and manage support and operational objectivesIdentify and incorporate future service management needs into a well-considered multi-year roadmap across all NVIDIA product areas.Drive efficiency and power employee productivity by collaborating with Machine Learning Engineers (ML Ops) to build Data Science Organization and Identifies, constructs, and implements plans to remove friction in the day-to-day operation.Lead the culture of continuous improvement by identifying projects, initiatives & getting the business or leadership engagement and deliver them.Contribute to Operation Reviews of IT services covering Customer Satisfaction, SLA performance, and Operational metrics for your regions.Define the service delivery expectations from professional services vendors & lead the governance around itProducing regular and accurate service management reports and dashboards for the IT Delivery leadership team and manage internal customer relationships with leaders across the technology organization.Thinks creatively and practically to develop, complete and implement new plans or programs. Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etcProviding leadership, direction, and strategy for a growing organization.Supports achievement of performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc. and building the interpersonal capacity vital to execute the strategy..What we need to see:Experience as a ground-breaking team leader in similar on-site and hybrid working environment.Broad knowledge and understanding of different IT applications and infrastructure.Strong experience in Data Insights and IT Metrics driving outcomeExperience ITSM and Workflow Automation and Experience bringing to bear AIOps and MLOps capabilities to drive efficiency.Proven record leading a successful data analysis team, with outcome.Collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills to work with leaders across interpersonal and technical domains.Demonstrates strong executive presence and critical thinking skills and demonstrates strong financial foresight – ability to construct arguments to secure pivotal initiatives.Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and leading in a managed service environment.Demonstrated ability to assess Business needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action and demonstrate ability to access business needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and implement appropriate course of actions.BS in Engineering, CS, and/or equivalent experience with 12+ overall years of experience in Information Technology Enterprise and Infrastructure Management and 6+ years of leadership.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Having excellent interpersonal and leadership skills will be critical for success: success depends on building rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization.Track record with delivering high availability in complex, global environments.Have a wide degree of creativity and latitude to adjust to rapidly changing plans and circumstances.Experience working in a hybrid on-prem and public cloud environment.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
