This role is responsible for ensuring HP's university recruiting/sourcing philosophy, strategies, programs & processes are executed for various Organizations within HP.  The qualified candidate will partner with the hiring managers and the HR Business Partners to regularly assess current and long-term talent requirements and develop and implement strategic, innovative sourcing solutions to identify the right skills and quantity of talent to achieve recruiting objectives.Responsibilities include:Establishes and maintains relationships with University Program Managers, Hiring Managers, and other key decision makers within various organizations at HP.Consults with managers and the program managers on the hiring process to develop a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates encompassing a diverse candidate pool.Assists director with developing programs and processes required to execute on strategy changes and HP enterprise University Recruiting initiatives, and influence change.Develops pipelines from University Postings, Diversity partnership databases, and other key tools. Sources, screens, and presents talent to hiring managers as needed.Develops relationships with and travels to schools, supports hiring teams on campuses, diversity events, info sessions, and other engagements.Understands the business/culture/processes and key people who will be involved in the hiring processes. Maximizes the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs, thereby reducing time/cost to hire, and increasing quality of candidates and employee engagement.Tracks, updates, and provides reporting on hiring efforts using excel, Smartsheet and other data tools.Provides senior level advice to hiring managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policies.Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy.Assesses the efficiency of staffing tools, identifies gaps and presents opportunities to management.Preferred Qualifications: (skills, experience, and education)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, university recruitment, recruiting program management, recruiting leadership, or a combination of these experiences.Experienced in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and closing talent.Strong knowledge of Recruitment practices and trends in the technical area, and other areas of talent resourcing.Hands-on experience designing, implementing, delivering, and managing recruitment projects and programs.Superior program management, process development, leadership, influencing, and consulting skills.Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to analyze new solutions and long-term needs and solutions.Ability to build partnerships across various businesses.
