You love being part of a team and don’t mind coming into an office.If this sounds like you, you may be the perfect candidate for the Marketing Specialist position, reporting to the Global Lead, Integrated Marketing, Mainframe Software Division.Key Responsibilities End-to-end oversight and tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified awareness, inquiries, and leads that convert into meetings. Ensure that marketing programs are executed with appropriate MarTech solutions, align to deadlines, and follow internal project management processes.Strategic oversight and management for the Mainframe division web properties.Facilitate all web content, design, functionality, and user experience updatesManage relationships with corporate IT partners and third-party web agenciesRegularly analyze the performance of initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.Preferred Skills Intermediate to advanced understanding of marketing data, structures, measurement, digital, campaign/audience insights, analytics advertising tools, and MarTech. Experience using marketing automation systems and CRMs required (Eloqua, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).Understanding of GDPR, web compliance, cookie compliance, privacy, and accessibility.Hands-on experience with reporting, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns at scale.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.Exceptional project management skills & experience working within a cross-functional teamExtremely organized and process-orientedSelf-directed and resourcefulAdaptable and calm in high-stress, tight deadline situations and patient in the face of changing prioritiesExperience: Bachelor's + 8+ years of related experienceAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $78,000  - 130,000This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
