Job Summary:Frank Productions is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. We are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and encourage talent from all backgrounds to apply.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DOWork with artists, clients, and our team to develop and manage detailed advertising and promotional campaigns for assigned brands, shows, and eventsManage marketing budget to purchase media including, but not limited to, radio, print, TV, digital, outdoor advertising, and promotions as directed by each marketing planWork with Digital Marketing team with purchasing and management of digital advertising campaigns as directed by each marketing planWork with internal and third-party Production and Venue staff to coordinate onsite activations at venues and eventsManage invoices, reports, and other related materials for show settlementsBuild and write targeted e-blasts, press releases, show blurbs, and other marketing materials as neededAssist with maintenance of social media accounts and activity, crafting promotional announcements, replying to messages, and organizing eventsAssist in the management of Frank Productions’ venue and brand websitesWork with the Booking and Marketing teams to provide market and artist research, including suggested interpretations of data and strategiesAnalyze current and past performances of related events to determine how to reach targeted demographic for maximum ticket salesAssist with planning and execution of department projects and initiativesDevelop and manage relationships with clients, third-party venues, business affiliates, sponsors, media, and other partnersAll other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGIntermediate experience in live concert marketing, event planning, and media buyingIntermediate experience with basic graphic design, utilizing email marketing programs (i.e. Mailchimp), using WordPress, and ticketing marketing features (i.e. Ticketmaster and Etix) would be a plusWillingness to occasionally work unconventional hours, as necessaryAbility to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messagingExcellent time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds, and important deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsAbility to adapt and be flexibleCommitted to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusionProficient with Microsoft OfficePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTExtended periods of sitting at a computer station or work deskUtilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipmentOccasionally exposed to large crowds and high volumes of noiseOccasionally works in outdoor conditionsOccasionally requires extended work hoursThis position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more.
