Job Summary:Title: Artist Management CoordinatorReports to: SVP, Artist ManagementLocation: New York, NY (On-Site, Full-Time)The Role:Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking an Artist Management Coordinator who will be responsible for co-managing day to day operations, support continued development and growth of Roc Nation clients, with an emphasis on liaising with touring partners, in-house marketing/PR coordination, and brand partnership obligations. The ideal candidate will be a creative, intelligent and driven team player. Responsibilities:Assisting day-to-day management across multiple Roc Nation clientsCandidates must be willing to be on tour for extended periods of time as well as one-off and special events as requiredAnswer, transfer, and screen incoming communications in a pleasant, professional and efficient mannerProactively manage both personal and professional calendars of clients, including calls, meetings, tours, meals, and personal appointments etcWork with a travel agency to book work-related and personal travel arrangements including ground transportation, flight transportation, hotels, and other reservations for both the executive and guestsRun various errands during the week and occasionally on weekends as requiredAssist in planning and coordinating events as need beResearch projects and potential working partners as need beParticipate and track with detailed note taking in Artist related meetings Create and organize working documents for all artists on Google DriveThis person will be working in tandem with the entire artist teamsAccept, sort, file, distribute, and send mail and packages on behalf of clients and department Ensure office and work area is tidy and presentable, with necessary stationery and materialsManage household and estate needs, including scheduling and overseeing regular services, deliveries, and installations for clientsFiling, photocopying, following-up for signatures, keeping track of documentsSubmit expenses correctly and in a timely matterEnsuring administrative tasks are managed and circulated as need beDaily reporting and communication with wider teamAd-hoc projectsOn call 24/7This position will be working with high-profile talent so understanding personal and professional boundaries is a must Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree is required1-3 years of music industry experience preferred (in management or touring is ideal)Proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office and Google SuiteMust be comfortable and professional communicating with executives and high-profile VIPsAble to remain flexible, calm, and collected while shifting priorities quickly in response to changing circumstancesProblem-solve effectively through difficult and last-minute situationsExcellent written and verbal skills, organizational ability, attention to detail and interpersonal skillsCandidate must also be a self-motivated individual, quick on their toes, and show initiative to go the extra mileHighest level of discretion required at all times, navigating all situations with confidentiality COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot is a mandatory requirement for this position.Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
