As the company continues to grow, we are redefining how we deliver services to our employees, which includes providing remarkable support and consultation services, as well as driving simple and scalable digital experiences for all Workday employees using our own Workday technology.About the RoleThe Principal Program Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional projects including developing strategies and implementing changes across People & Purpose (P&P) and at times, Workday. You'll program manage our Digital Transformation applying the best of Workday technology, streamlining processes, and crafting a seamless employee experience. You'll be the organizer behind a digital HR ecosystem that empowers our people and propels our organization forward. You will facilitate business strategy definition, scope identification, cross functional design, timeline alignment and driving on time delivery of committed outcomes and deliverables.You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action. You are collaborative, able to move with speed, balance critical thinking and execution and understand the value of structure while incorporating the need for agility and innovation.Establish trusted relationships, cultivate collaboration and influence across various levels in the organization including the senior leadership team. Partner with cross-functional teams and ensure a broad approach to digital transformation.Craft and implement a comprehensive HR digital transformation strategy, aligned with our business goals and Workmate needs. Prioritize, scope, and sequence key initiatives.Develop and implement comprehensive roadmaps and program plans, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources cross-functionally.Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges. Clarify ambiguity and adapt to constantly evolving environments.Track program progress against key metrics, reporting on results and making data-driven decisions.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on program progress.About YouBusiness QualificationsRequires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Experience at a management consulting firm or corporate strategy, business operations, or business planning function at a large enterprise company/firmExperience in strategy and operations role in covering HR, Professional Services, Customer Success or Technical SupportExperience leading HR or Digital Transformation for global Tech organizationsOther Qualifications:Extraordinarily strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills, including excellence in presentation design and storytelling, enabling collaborative discussions and decision making.Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging and communicate a coherent narrative tailored to different audiences.Ability to use data to make recommendations, analyze implications and ensure ideas have a clear return on investment.Experience identifying business needs and applying strong qualitative and quantitative analytical problem solving.Strong relationship management and organizational change skills, including experience working with multiple partners and across all levels of leadership.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
