Technical Architect (Cloud, Azure, AKS)

Scope:Core responsibilities include, providing L3 technical support for customer hosted on public cloud, perform root cause analysis, drive corrective and preventive measures, collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the roadmap and support with operational readiness.What you’ll do:Drive Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive actions to enhance the service reliabilityEnable Infrastructure Operations team to adopt the roadmap defined by Cloud Architecture group.Collaborate with Product Development and Automation groups to drive efficiencies through automation.What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Azure IaaS management.Strong knowledge of Azure networks (Firewall, VWAN), Azure Load balancers (Application Gateway, Traffic Manager), Private DNS, Private EndpointsDemonstrable experience with the administration of Azure Storage, Virtual Machines and AKS.Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge, and interests in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud Scalability, performance, and High availability.Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and infrastructure automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, GitHub).Good understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
