Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:An exciting opportunity has been made available for an experienced eCommerce Coordinator to join our growing eCommerce team.The main focus of this role is optimizing both the House website. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the team, coordinating everything that happens on site – from launching new campaigns to checking EDM briefs. It’s the responsibility of this role to ensure that the site is accurate at all times, supporting its constant lifecycle of product and website content, which can involve working with many teams in the business. A high level of autonomy will be given, so the right candidate must be self-motivated and keen to learn.Key responsibilities:● Maintaining website content, products, pricing, and promotions in a manner that optimizes the online customer journey and improves conversion rates● Continually optimize digital touchpoints to improve efficiency and ensure customers have a reason to return to the site, working with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touch-points● Ensure key events and promotions are well executed onsiteAdditional responsibilities:● Ensure initiatives and campaigns are executed across digital channels including email● Optimize landing pages, search results and the customer journey to maximize sales● Regularly update the site to ensure consistency with the brand's trade calendar and provide customers with a reason to return to the site on a regular basis.● Optimizing and maintaining back-end systems● Liaising with web developers to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs● Building and updating landing pages within Shopify and Commerce Vision● Researching and scaling relevant improvements to front-end user experience● Collaborating with customer care to improve site-based order information● Reporting content performance and in-site search activity with Google Analytics● Improving in-site search functionality and recommendations● Work closely with the core buying and merchandising teams; review sales performance● Analyze website information to highlight opportunities for increased conversion and sales growth.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
