The OpportunityProvide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to channel sales team and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. Assist the channel sales team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions. Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. Build mini-applications based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for the customer. Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.What You'll DoHands-on demonstrations of Adobe Creative / Document Cloud applications to help customers reimagine business problems, improve operations to provision and roll out the softwareSupport our Channel Sales Team through discovery and creative skills to design materials to uncover customer gaps and match them with the right solution.Engage 1:1 with existing Adobe Creative Cloud customers so that they can better understand, use and integrate Adobe SolutionsWork on a team of dedicated Solution Consultants to help customers address quantifiable business problems.What you need to succeedCollege degree or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of one year or more of Customer-facing experience working as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineers, Technical Sales, etc. -- or -- 3 or more years' experience in a customer creative roleExperience working with Adobe partner resellers such as Insight and CDWYou know your way around Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Sign, Document Cloud Services, Adobe Express and Firefly. You will be showing these applications regularly.You're good in front of a crowd and can persuasively present your ideas.Be a self-starter and pick things up quickly through research and prototyping solutions.Communicate clearly and can use your business writing skills to answer customers and create internal and external materials concisely.Who's a smooth talker? The U.S. pay range for this position is $172,500 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
