Making adobe.com a world class experience for all site visitors – across the entire customer journey.The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, based on data, using this to craft and promote impactful, locally relevant customer experiences on adobe.com in alignment with strategic goals. The chosen candidate will contribute to the global product vision while prioritizing and defining local variations required for optimizing the experience in a given market.About you:We are looking for someone passionate about web and digital marketing! With knowledge of experience design, digital marketing, SEO and/or website product management. The ideal candidate is data driven, a clear communicator who can interpret data and behaviors into insight seamlessly. The person is self-motivated and feels comfortable prioritising multiple projects, with several international teams simultaneously. This position is opened for a central contributor within a setup of highly dedicated cross-functional teams in charge of delivering product releases, testing where appropriate, and ensuring that the projects improve business performance.What you’ll do:Developing a local strategy for assigned markets in response to GTM strategyDelivering, maintaining, and managing all forms of experience change across assigned markets.Local research to understand key qualitative aspects of the audienceA/B testing core experience changes, including prioritization, sizing, experience creation, deployment, and reportingDeployments, including prioritization, sizing, experience creation, deployment, and reportingLocal insights expertise, available through consulting for other teamsManaging changes delivered to assigned markets from Corp to preserve optimizations and ensure a smooth and accurate experience.Perform weekly QA rounds of their local website to ensure experience fitnessGather insights from analysts, research studies & stakeholders, and use them to build a backlog, deliver a roadmap of tests and rollouts, and report insights to leadership.Represent your local website E2E in front of all stakeholders.As local expert, you’ll provide the local point of view on global tests and innovations.Align with other Product Manager peers to ensure alignment on priority topics at regional levelProvide insights to the SEO team to ensure that SEO initiatives are correctly connected to the core web journeyParticipate to dedicated squads and maintain close collaboration with local marketing teams, and inform marketing leadership around local specificities.Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and page designsTransform requirements into feature specs / user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering teamDefine goals, set priorities and drive a backlog of features adapted to your marketsAssess new market opportunity and strategic areas of growth within our audienceParticipate in global planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teamsActively address ambiguity and change in the product backlogPresent convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customersWhat you’ll need to succeed:Proven experience in digital marketing and/or content strategy roles and Direct experience with B2B and/or B2C digital marketing, including Web Product Management experience enabling marketing and customer experiences.Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitudeArticulate in documenting product requirements, writing functional specs and user storiesAbility to manage issue resolution and mitigate risk on the product roadmapProficient in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologiesAnalytical abilities to test hypothesis and sort through uncertain optionsAbility to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendationsAbility to influence executive and senior level leaders regarding product vision, road map and work backlog priorities and trade-offsAbility to collaborate under pressure on time-critical initiativesAbility to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as neededBS required, MBA a plusSpecial consideration given for experience across multiple Adobe Technical SolutionsEnglish fluency required.Italian language skills a plusAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
