Experience selling services in the Public Sector space is very strongly desired.  Your success in this role is determined by your ability uncover services opportunities, define the value ACS will deliver to the customer and consistently close opportunities as forecasted.  This is a quota-carrying services sales role.What You’ll DoYou will work with customers and prospects to understand their business challenges/objectives and position consulting solutions that deliver business outcomes leveraging the Adobe Experience PlatformAct as a trusted advisor by bringing Digital Marketing thought leadership to your customersChallenge your customers’ current thinking by demonstrating what industry leading organizations are doing in Digital MarketingPresent innovative services offerings to customer leadership and stakeholdersAct as liaison to our services delivery team who owns the delivery of consulting services to our customersWork in tight coordination with software field sales, pre-sales, customer success resources, industry leadership, and with partners (as applicable)Collaborate internally with sales operations, deal desk, and offshore support as applicable  Predictably drive services opportunities to closure by developing a clear sequence of events with defined timetables with your customersBuild, present and execute effective territory and account plansWhat You Need To SucceedMinimum of 5 years prior experience in enterprise consulting or services sales; management experience preferredProven track record for attaining and exceeding quotaDigital Marketing industry experience is highly desiredKnowledge of enterprise software deployment from a services selling perspectiveKnowledge of SaaS and Cloud-based offeringsAbility to rapidly assess customer business challenges, organizational and technological landscape and effectively recommend innovative solutionsAbility to achieve customer satisfaction through the sale of effective consulting projectsExcellent presentation, verbal, written and listening skillsExperience working within a matrixed organizationBachelor’s degree strongly preferredReside in the Washington DC area; travel is expected, up to 50%Outstanding Interpersonal Skills – Written and OralPrior experience with the U.S. Department of Defense or Intelligence CommunityActive security clearance with preference of Top Secret Clearance or ability to achieve TS/SCIOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $234,900 -- $396,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
