Working within the Product Management Team, the Product Owner will be responsible for working with Product Management in building the products roadmap and owns the execution of the roadmap and strategic prioritization of key onboarding and switch products. Although you will work in the Product Group, you will continually work with, build and influence cross-departmental workgroups with your outstanding written and verbal communication skills.A Typical Day:Fully research, scope, and develop a strategy for new and existing products/features for Q2, focused on high quality and aggressive adoption among our customer baseProvide industry research to be utilized in product business casesAct as primary liaison for your products between multiple departments, including design, development, sales, support, and implementationsWork in a leadership role to champion end-user experience within products under your ownershipManage the product backlog, define new product specifications, scope bug fixes, and communicate release features on an ongoing basisActively seek to integrate human interaction best practices and best in class front end design into each product you buildResponsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered toDeliver product acceptance testing protocol for the development organization you work with to ensure the highest quality and customer experienceWork with the Release Management team to develop and deliver release documentation and training materials for internal groups on key functional aspects of products under your ownershipBring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
