The HubSpot Support Manager will provide support and administration to Users on HubSpot platforms. This role will also provide training and enablement content for user adoption and support. Additionally, this individual contributor will create, analyze and provide recommendations for user adoption and business process improvement to internal teams for HubSpot.What You’ll DoHubSpot Configuration and Customization:Configure and customize the HubSpot to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization.Create and maintain custom properties, workflows, automation rules, and templates.Data Management:Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HubSpot platform.Import, export, and manipulate data as needed to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems.Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot issues to maintain data consistency.Technology Support:Act as technical and business process support for team members for Hubspot.Research and respond to Sales Users via video meetings, messages, and tickets ensuring high quality service and timely response.Update servicing system, JIRA, with relevant notes/comments and manage internal ticketing queue.Ensure Hubspot is optimally leveraged and Users feel supported with a clear understanding of what successful use looks like through reporting and KPIsTraining Materials:Build and maintain thorough understanding of Hubspot and how they are used by Users to perform responsibilities.Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Enablement, Operations, and IT support to create support materials such as presentations, user guides, training videos and frequently asked questions.Present training materials to large audiences in various formats.Maintain documentation of current state processes and find opportunities for improvement.Data Analysis & Process Improvement:Stay informed about HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously optimize HubSpot's usage.Establish strong relationships with IT, key stakeholders, and other Operations colleagues to collaborate on new business efforts, drive continuous process improvements, and support change management through reporting, data, and proactively performing system and field audits.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, and customer service.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.What You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.6+ years of experience in a related role - CRM system administration, sales operations, IT support or similarPreferred QualificationsProven capability with HubSpot (HubSpot Certified Administrator a plus)Operations Hub experienceProficiency with CRM and sales engagement toolsBroad knowledge of Sales fundamentalsExperience building reports in CRM platforms and SQLCritical/Analytical thinker that can look “out of the box” for solutions and process improvement.Strong software skills: Google Suite, HubSpot and Jira or similar collaboration platforms.Ability to effectively conduct presentations and training sessions Ability to effectively interact with business partners at varying levels of organization and across cultures to provide objective, constructive feedback.Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsUp to 10% travel for customer or team eventsWorking from ParsePort's Copenhagen office (Albertslund) with the option for hybrid working after onboarding period.Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a company office.What we offer youWe can offer you a job in a dynamic and international company with many different customer groups, where you will have the opportunity to develop. We are a flexible workplace that values ​​our employees and gives great individual responsibility to each person in the company.Dedicated colleagues who take the time to help each otherAn informal and fun but focused work environmentLunch and massage arrangementSocial gatheringsAbout usParsePort is a part of a Workiva company, that provides a solution for international financial reporting in the XBRL and iXBRL formats.
