Manage, develop and periodically maintaining documentation required to support all regulatory requirements related to technical aspects.Reviewing audit reports and other documents produced by internal auditors or external auditors to determine if corrective actions are necessary and making recommendations for improvements to policies or procedures to reduce risk of fraud or error in future audits or gap assessments.Assess effectiveness and efficiency of technology internal controls in accordance with regulatory expectations and best practices i.e. Risk Management in Technology (RMiT), MAS Technology Risk Management (MAS TRM), Information Security, Data Security, Network Security & Cyber Security best practice (NIST framework).Perform IT compliance review in areas covering IT general controls, application controls and IT security review. Able to evaluate IT internal controls and identify opportunities for controls improvement.Assist to response to inquiries regarding compliance regulations, rules, policies, procedures, and current technical compliance status.Review and monitor in implementation of Disaster Recovery Planning annual exercise.Assist IT teams with IT Outsourcing Due Diligence Review.Assist InfoSec in develop, regularize, update, and communicate BU/Dept-level specific IS and DP policy and the related process documents and assist in the communication of new InfoSec initiatives.Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.In-depth understanding of IT regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM, RMiT ISO 27001, GDPR).Exceptional communication skills to convey complex compliance requirements to various stakeholders.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Passionate in maintaining software compliance policy, regulatory landscape, and IT risk assessment.Skillful in creating and maintaining compliance documentation and reports.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.Knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure etc) would be advantage.Knowledge in any Structured Query language programming (MSSQL, MYSQL) would be advantage.Working knowledge or interest of technology infrastructure principles and practicesGood working attitude along with quality team player.Excellent communication and presentation skillsPositive attitude, and an eagerness to learn with minimum supervision.Are you game?
