This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations, capturing financial transactions accurately and timely, and assisting in preparing financial reports, etc. Join our team and contribute to our financial success in a dynamic and rewarding environment.***Please provide your resume/CV in English**** In-office position*Essential duties and responsibilitiesHandle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including vendor invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including tracking incoming payments, issuing invoices, and maintaining client accounts.Monitor cash flow and ensure timely reconciliations.Prepare monthly financial reports accurately and in compliance with accounting policies.Accurately process financial transactions in the SAP system, including invoice verification, expense validation, and payment disbursement.Generate intercompany invoices and assist in providing intercompany reporting for group consolidation.Act as a liaison with banks for currency conversion and tax agents.Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers, to ensure accurate and timely collections and payments.Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring and coordination with banks for timely fund repatriation to HQ.Conduct reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts and promptly resolve discrepancies.Familiarize yourself with accounting regulations and work to ensure compliance with relevant standards.Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.Perform any additional duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of related experience in financial reporting for a small to mid-tier company.Excellent English communication skills.Experience in the Fintech industry preferred. Solid knowledge of Brazilian accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Experience in SAP system preferred.A self-starter, able to work independently and make judgments to prioritize workload effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.Are you game?
