Responsibilities include overseeing in-store policies, processes, and standards to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring key retail fundamentals, successful in-store NPI launches, adherence to RazerStore customer experience (RCX) guidelines, and operational standards meet KPI performance targets and deliver phenomenal service benchmarks.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRetail Excellence Acceleration:Optimize global communications and collaborate with Global Retail leads for in-store deployment across all RUSA stores.Retail Training – to execute retail training programs & in-store service recovery.Retail Visual Merchandising – to execute VM directives, planograms, and POEs.Retail Design – to execute store improvement & rectifications.Retail Merchandising – to execute store inventory directives & promotions.Retail Marketing – to execute in-store events, POSM, and POEs.Consolidate and manage store KPI performance, functional metrics, and the RUSA in-store NPI launch execution calendar. Share comprehensive RUSA weekly and monthly reports and present execution reports at the weekly global RazerStore calls.Retail Operations StandardsMaintain retail standards, ensure policy compliance, and develop RUSA store inventory standards.Ensure stock levels at all locations are within acceptable thresholds (replenishment order process & tracking) and work closely with the retail merchandising & OM teams.Manage in-store RMA, product recalls, MTT/VM Demo units, and recycling disposal.Control and manage BOH inventory organizations and transfers across all locations effectively.Oversee stock-take exercises at all locations.Manage and execute all scheduled inventory counts on time.Investigate any inventory discrepancies and reconcile all inventory reports, highlighting issues for management. Create RUSA Store Operations Handbook:Conduct in-store new employee/refresher operations training.Ensure proper store opening and closing processes, checklists, and policies.Manage store maintenance, cleaning standards, and schedules.Oversee store POS/payment/returns and cash/safe policies.Monitor Traffic/RetailNext, POS/VEND, Payment/Adyen operational standards.Ensure store staff health and safety, BCM, and store security (CCTV/IT/premises), etc.Manage and evaluate RUSA in-store vendors and optimize RUSA store OPEX budgets.Oversee RUSA Store retail projects (BOPIS, BOSS, RazerGold, etc.) and implement in-store changes. Develop new processes, training tools, and project communication. Focus on continuous improvement for all store systems-related initiatives (new and existing).New Stores and Landlord ManagementLead RUSA RazerStore's new store expansion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.Managed end-to-end SOP for opening new RUSA RazerStore, overseeing the establishment of policies, procedures, staff training, and deployment of in-store operational infrastructure and servicesSupport RUSA landlord management, maintaining positive landlord-tenant relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring the efficient operation of rental properties.Perform other duties as assigned.
