WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
You are a builder and an optimizer. When you are introduced to something new, you can't help but dig until you understand the complete "why" behind the work. You love deriving actionable insights from data. You can quickly translate strategies and ideas into concrete, actionable steps. Your first instinct is to roll up your sleeves to solve the problem. Most importantly, you derive a huge amount of satisfaction out of improving and streamlining the little things in your work-life - knowing that many small improvements yield massive results. Ideal candidates will either bring deep Sales/Partnering experience as a practitioner with a penchant for strategy and operations, or bring a proven experience as a strategist and operator that can learn the business quickly.
We’re looking for a highly organized and driven self-starter to help operationalize and drive strategic product integration and go-to-market activities with our partner ecosystem. You will develop and coordinate team processes, deliver efficiency and rigor, advance programs and projects, and keep the team and our top partnerships running smoothly.
This role will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales and work closely with team leadership on both how the team functions and how we innovate and grow with our ecosystem of partners. Partnerships and partner projects are highly strategic and visible at Box, with stakeholders in every function and at all levels, and this person will be a proactive voice of the team to help align and move key initiatives forward. Aside from reporting structure, this role will also collaborate with and be exposed to Box and select partner leaders in business development, product management, engineering, legal, marketing, and customer-facing organizations, as well as Box C-level staff.
