Your impact.  We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can work with leadership to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to create and execute effective strategies that deliver measurable results.  The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the leader of Demand Generation.  They will engage with multiple teams to drive the demand strategy, including Sales, the SDR team, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations. Digital Campaign Management: Work with Director to support planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, direct mail, webinar and event promotion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Create new outreach to prospective client initiatives and campaigns to improve lead volume, event follow-up, and pipeline generation with direction from the demand generation leader. Write on brand, high-converting ad copy and partner with design to keep our paid marketing campaigns fresh and effective. Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM)  Conduct keyword research and analysis for Pay Per Click (PPC) and Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of paid advertising campaigns. Paid Social Media Marketing: Create and manage paid ads on LinkedIn. Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay ahead of the curve. Email Marketing: Support in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis in HubSpot. Manage email lists and subscriber engagement. Build and send email marketing communications to clients and prospects using our internal tools and software such as HubSpot and Outreach Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Report on Demand Generation initiatives for cross-functional stakeholders using tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot and Google Analytics. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful visuals and content. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Conduct market research to inform campaign creation and strategy. Experience you’ll need: BS/BA Degree (business, marketing, or equivalent) is required. Highly organized with project management skills, able to simultaneously manage multiple projects, teams, and timelines without breaking a sweat  Minimum 2-4 years of experience planning, developing, and executing high-performing demand programs, preferably for B2B SaaS organizations. Technical fluency plus knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, data infrastructure, and analytics/reporting. Proficiency in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize them. Familiarity with CRM platforms (ex. Salesforce) and Marketing Automation tools (ex. Pardot) or equivalents Exceptional problem-solving skills capable of identifying potential roadblocks in advance, proposing solutions; able to act on your feet and make critical decisions quickly without heavy coaching Flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment B2B marketing experience, bonus if you have SaaS software experience  Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing best practices. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Account Based Marketing Ads in 6 Sense or similar tools, Google Ads, HubSpot). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management skills.Total Rewards  Job Level:  20 Base Salary: $70,000-$84,000 Annually  The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives. HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes. This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance.  HealthJoy is a remote-first employer.
