The EUC Partner Business Manager (PBM) is responsible for driving sales outcomes across their specified partners. Our EUC partner strategy is to lead the industry in partner-driven sales that result in maximum value to VMware by Broadcom’s customers and provide incremental business value to the Partner and VMware by Broadcom. The PBM builds and executes an EUC strategic partner sales plan that drives account engagement between VMware by Broadcom and partner field sales & specialist teams. EUC partner plans are developed with the partner and align with the our global EUC plan. The PBM runs the execution of this plan while supporting EUC’s key strategic objectives for market leadership in virtualization, digital experience, and digital workplace technologies.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? Making an impact early at VMware by Broadcom relies on someone with a demonstrable partner and or sales experience who is a strong team contributor. An enthusiastic and energetic person with a passion for further developing and learning new skills. This person must be comfortable with meeting new people and developing trusting relationships in support of the development of joint business. It is essential that this person can identify, develop, and deliver incremental revenue through working closely with the partners' own sales teams, VMware by Broadcom, and the customer.The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? Build a strategic sales strategy and execution plan with assigned EUC partners in alignment with the EUC global partner planDrive joint engagement with the EUC partner across the entire sales cycle, from market opportunity identification, go-to-market activities, account targeting, joint field engagement, and account teamingBuild partner executive relationships with key partner stakeholders and influencers including regular reporting and QBR processMeet/exceed assigned revenue quota related to joint partner sales engagement activityServe as the EUC’s key point of contact for the specified partners for sales and account engagement; ensure partner satisfaction with sales engagement with VMware by BroadcomExecute partner field sales awareness and enablement strategyEnsure successful joint sales pursuit alignment between VMware by Broadcom’s direct sales team and partner, including:Support for partner customer proposals and RFP responsesExecution of partner re-sell or influence activity to support VMware salesStreamline sales operations and execution process and any escalating critical issuesEnable EUC evaluation of licensing/sales vehicles to maximize customer valueNegotiate account teaming or reciprocal services agreements, as necessaryWhat is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?The hiring manager is the Worldwide Anywhere Workspace Partner Ecosystem Lead. The team includes Global Partner Teams who support the Worldwide EUC Partner Go-To-Market team, a large dedicated team working with the EUC in both sales and GTM functions across the globe. The team is connecting regularly each week for team engagement, pipeline development and learning sessions.Where is this role located? In a major US cityTravel as requiredRemote role: Allowing you the flexibility to work from home as appropriate while having proximity to key decision makers in the EUC organization. Other remote locations may be considered.This job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by Broadcom.For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $175,000 - $315,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
